Cancellation Policy
Laidlaw Forgeworks offers a No Penalty Cancellation/Postponement Policy. This allows students to cancel at any time and rebook their session at a better time. We understand that life sometimes gets in the way and want to allow flexibility for our scheduling. Our lesson hours do not expire, so students have the freedom to book at their convenience. However, due to this generous policy, we do not offer refunds on our lessons. If booking the hours is not an option, students are welcome to transfer the hours to another student, or we can offer a custom item equivalent to the cost of the lessons.
